Established in 2018, the brand was co-founded by Eric Wang, Head Baker Davis Ikemiya, and Starred Chef Long Xiong. Drawing inspiration from California, the brand redefines American cuisine with a "New American" style, featuring elevated comfort dishes such as handcrafted pasta and freshly baked pizza. By blending sophistication with approachability, it has successfully reshaped consumer perceptions of American dining. The brand currently operates two locations, situated in Taipei 101 Mall and Nangang LaLaport.
