Casual Restaurants Inc. Membership Program
Welcome to the Casual Restaurants Membership Program (“Membership”) brought to you by Casual Restaurants Inc. (the “Company”) and its affiliates (“CRI” or “CRI Group”). To ensure the rights and interests of the Members, please read these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) carefully. By completing the VIP or Basic membership applications, you agree to accept these T&Cs. Any changes to the T&Cs will be posted on the official website(www.casualrestaurants.com).If you are under the legal age of majority, please obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before applying. The benefits of Membership are for Members’ personal use only.
Types of Membership and Benefits
Basic Membership
Qualification:
Upon completion of the Basic Membership application form, members of Basic Membership will be entitled to the Basic member benefits without additional costs. Basic Membership has no Term length or expiry date.

VIP Membership
Qualification:
Upon completion of the VIP Membership application form and online payment, members may use the VIP Membership number to enjoy the member benefits, and the term of Membership (“Term”) is one year. After the expiration of the Term, the Membership will renew automatically for another year unless Members change their subscription payment terms with the Company to terminate the Membership.
Benefits:
A minimum 20% VIP Membership discount at TGI FRIDAYS and Texas Roadhouse restaurants in Taiwan, except set menu promotions and buy-1-get-1-free items.

The annual membership fee for VIP Membership is currently NT$3,000, which does not include the handling fees arising from usage of various types of payment tools. The Company may change the membership fee at any time, but changes will apply only to new and renewed Memberships.
Membership fees are not refundable. However, the Company will refund a new or renewed Membership fee within seven (7) days of the purchase date of the new or renewed membership or the automatic renewal charge date of the membership, provided that you have not used your Membership to obtain an eligible discount or benefit during the new or renewed Membership Term.
Term and Automatic Renewal:
The VIP Membership Term is one year, beginning on the date of purchase. VIP Members who cancel their VIP Membership subscription will automatically become Basic Members.
Unless a VIP Member informs the Company of its intention to terminate Membership or the Company cancels the VIP Membership, the VIP Membership will be automatically renewed for one year after the expiration date of the first purchase. The Membership fee for renewal Membership will be automatically deducted from credit cards or other payment tools previously used when VIP members sign up.
Termination/Cancellation:
Both Basic and VIP Members can contact the Company to terminate the Membership and this T&Cs at any time. The Membership fees will only be returned if it meets the requirements contained in these T&Cs.
The Company reserves the rights to suspend, terminate or cancel the VIP or Basic Membership or the whole membership program. No prior notice is required.
Notices
- Membership benefits will presently be offered at the following CRI Group owned restaurants:
- TGI FRIDAYS – Taiwan only
- Texas Roadhouse – Taiwan only
- The VIP Membership benefits will be applied to a la carte items, 10% service charges(not applicable to discounted or point-exchange items), and promotions such as Value Lunch and Happy Hours. Set menu promotions and buy-1-get-1-free items are not applied.
- The VIP Membership benefits can only be used with one restaurant coupon for each purchase.
- The VIP Membership benefits cannot be combined with any 3rd party discounts or services, e.g., credit card discounts, or other online reservation or delivery platforms or services. The VIP Membership benefits also cannot be combined with corporate discounts offered by any CRI Group owned restaurants.
- VIP Membership are non-transferable and may only be used by the VIP Member; please present your Digital CRI VIP Membership card to ensure benefits are applied to your bill. When using the digital card, customers may be asked to login to their account to show their VIP digital card is valid at the time of use.
- Only one (1) VIP Membership number can be used for each table or each group purchase, customers shall not split the bill or separate into two tables to avoid such limitation.
- The 20%-off discount of each VIP Membership card/ number can only be used for a group up to six (6) people; if the number of people in a group is more than six (6), the total discount amount for each purchase (bill/ invoice) will be limited to NT$1,500. Two VIP Membership cards/ numbers can be applied toa group of up to twelve (12) people, and the total discount amount for each purchase will be limited to NT$3,000, and so on.
- The take-out orders (placed directly to the store, not through 3rd party services) are also entitled to the 20%off discount for single order purchases, and the total discount amount shall be no more than NT$1,500. The take-out order cannot be split to avoid the discount limitation.
- CRI VIP Membership card discounts and rewards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable.
- Members who wish to terminate the VIP Membership should contact the customer service via email vip@casualrestaurants.com first, and the customer service will help complete the termination procedure.
- VIP Membership and VIP Membership cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the VIP member. Members may not lend VIP Membership cards to others to use. The Company reserves the right of final decision on the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions. If it is verified that the VIP member has abused the membership services, the Company reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate the membership, or withdraw the benefits according to the circumstances, and request damages by lodging a criminal complaint according to Taiwan law.
Membership Points Accumulation Rules
When you dine in all restaurants of TGI FRIDAYS and Texas Roadhouse in Taiwan, you are entitled to accumulate the reward points (“Points”) in accordance with the following rules, and such Points can be used to redeem for value-added gifts at TGI FRIDAYS and Texas Roadhouse in Taiwan.
Points Accumulation Method
- When dining at TGI FRIDAYS and Texas Roadhouse restaurants in Taiwan, Points can be accumulated after deducting the discounted amount from the bill. Points are calculated according to the invoice amount of the purchase, and you can earn 1 point for every NT$300 spent (2 points for NT$600, and so on), and the amount of less than NT$300 in each invoice will not be accumulated, and it cannot be combined with other invoices.
- Points accumulation program is not applicable to the purchases of services provided by any third party service providers (e.g. Uber Eats) or the purchase of VIP Membership.
- If you wish to accumulate Points, you should inform us and provide your cell phone number or membership barcode at the checkout counter. If you do not accumulate points at the checkout counter, you will not be able to make up the Points later. For each purchase, only single one membership account can be used for accumulating Points and redeeming coupons, which cannot be conducted separately among multiple membership accounts. Points will be returned in case of refund.
- Points will be issued in the daytime of one day after the purchase. Points are valid from the date of purchase until the end of the same month of the following year, e.g. Points earned on 2024/10/15 will be valid until 2025/10/31, the Points will automatically expire after the expiry date and cannot be reverted or reissued.
- If you do not want to continue to use the service or want to cancel your membership, please email your request to customer service at members@casualrestaurants.com, we will stop using your information and cancel your membership after confirming your request. After canceling your membership, all your spending records and accumulated Points will be deleted. If you re-apply for membership at a later time, your spending record and accumulated points will be started from zero.
- If there is any question about the Points accumulation, please pass by the original store with the original purchase invoice within 7 calendar days from the next day of the consumption to apply for point adjustment, your personal information (e.g. name, cell phone, etc.) will also be required. After the 7-days period, any point adjustment will not be allowed. The said point adjustment will be completed within 7-14 working days from the date of receipt of the point adjustment application.
Points Redemption Method
- Members who wish to redeem Points for merchandise must inform your server of the items you wish to redeem at the time of ordering. In each purchase, you can only redeem the Points under a single one member's account, and no redemption can be made across multiple accounts. Please complete the redemption before checkout, after checkout, any intention to cancel the original transaction to redeem it again will not be allowed.
- Points can only be redeemed for your dine-in purchase. The merchandise redeemed with Points is still subject to a 10% service charge of the product's menu price.
- In the event that the redemption merchandise is out of stock or not available due to force majeure reasons, CRI Group reserves the right to replace the merchandise.
- Points are a free gift from CRI Group and do not constitute as assets of the member. Members may not request the Company to convert Points into cash or any other kind of discounts. Products redeemed from Points are free gifts and cannot be resold or exchanged for cash.
- According to the Personal Data Protection Act of Taiwan and the applicable laws and regulations in other relevant jurisdictions, Casual Restaurants Inc.(the “Company”) and its affiliates, including but not limited to Handcraft Restaurants Ltd. and Roadhouse Restaurants Taiwan, Ltd. hereby inform you that: The purposes of collecting the personal data of the members are to manage the membership, conduct marketing, internal satisfaction research and consumer statistics analysis; the personal data will be collected via automatic or other non-automatic methods; the types of the personal data collected are data which can be used to identify people, recognize government records, or describe individuals. The Company and its affiliates will collect, process, use and internationally transmit the personal data that Members fill in or provide for the application of Membership or other personal data that members consent to provide in the future within the operational period of the Company and in the jurisdictions where necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned above. Within the scope of collection purposes, the Company and its affiliates may also provide part or all the personal data of the members to corporate vendors so as to provide the relevant services to members. The personal data provided by members shall be true, authentic and complete; members shall be liable for his/ her fraudulent use of others’ name. Members shall notify the Company immediately if there’s any change of membership information, such as names, addresses, and phone numbers, so that the Company can update the data in time and make sure that notices relating to members’ benefits can be delivered successfully in time. Member has the right to request for inquiry, review, or obtain the duplicates of his/ her own personal data, or to ask the Company to stop collecting, processing, or using, or to delete. According to the applicable laws, the Company may charge the member NT$100 (or equivalent local currency) for member’s application for inquiring for, reviewing or a making copy of his/ her personal data. Any changes to the purposes and types of collecting and processing personal data mentioned above will be publicized on the official website, no additional notice will be given to the members. The Company retains all rights to approve the issuance of the VIP Membership card, and to modify, suspend or terminate the T&Cs of VIP and Basic Membership.
- These T&Cs are available in both Chinese and English versions. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail. In case of dispute, the Company reserves the right of final decision on the interpretation of these T&Cs.
- The T&Cs shall be governed by the laws of Republic of China (Taiwan).
